Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

💳 Refund Method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Store credit (customer preference)

⏳ Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection approval

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect

⚠ Important Notes

• Refunds will not be issued for refused deliveries
